We want you to love your purchase from His Hem Apparel Shop!  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Only one exchange per item per order will be accepted. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hishemapparelshop@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the exchange. Exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. If the item is accepted, please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your item.  If you have any questions or concerns about our return or exchange policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

At His Hem Apparel Shop, we want to ensure you receive the best quality products as soon as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75, and a flat rate of $6.99 for orders under $75. We package our products with care.. You can expect your order to be processed within 5 - 10 days with standard shipping times. You will also receive an email with tracking information once we have shipped it.
